I'd been considering it for about six months, but wanted to stick with my Sequoia. Long story, but I decided it was time for an upgrade and I needed it ASAP. I'd already dealt with this long established, family-owned dealership before with my friend and knew of the rep of nice cars. I went in for something older on the website (a Toyota van that didn't grab me when I got there..) but then saw this beauty; hadn't been there long enough to make the website ;) Test drove three just to be sure and this gal HAD to come home! I feel like I have a BRAND NEW car. Best experience ever! Very satisfied with the reasonable price for a WELL maintained, loved van with great service records!! No smells, even have original window sticker. I'm kind of obsessed with my new ride/dog-mobile! :) and the color/blacktop pkg is icing..wow

I am obsessed with my "new" to me van! It is the nicest vehicle I've ever had. I must have walked in on just the right day b/c I got THE cherry of the lot that day. I got a gorgeous one owner, personal use 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan with fabulous service record, clean carfax, that's clearly been garage kept and actually only driven less than 5 1/2 (though technically six 1/2 years old now). Price was very competitive with the big car lots, process was easy and honestly I needed it that day! I'm obsessed with the gorgeous color as well. I did not feel like I was "settling", I got just what I've wanted for a long time 3 thank you Gardner!! (wish I could attach a photo!)

They not only helped get me in a reasonably priced car, they also had immaculate vibes. Throughout the car buying process, they talked and treated me like family. It really made me more comfortable in my buying experience. I eventually found out they’ve supplied my grandma with the vehicles she’s had over the the years as well. Safe to say, I’ll be back , if necessary :)

I cannot love this place enough, Mr. Secrest is the most kind-hearted person. They work with others and take pride in their sales. I've had a very very good overall experience I have had my Honda for almost two years now and still love it. They have been wonderful to work with, and they are all super friendly when I call to make my payment. I'll be buying any future cars needed from Gardner! Update traded my Honda for a newer model car again excellent service and vehicle!

Definitely an unexpected pleasant surprise for me this morning! Not the kind of place I'm used to buying cars, but had to help my guy out; he's a repeat customer and he didn't steer me wrong (literally) in driving there to shop for his new vehicle! Ralph was nice, not pushy at all; decent price for a 2010 SUV in actually lovely condition! Test drive was pretty amazing, a small "clunk" was looked at and fixed; it's a lovely vehicle!
